Home Place Gardens is located in Carmel, along 106th Street just east of McPherson Street.

It includes eight 1- and 2-bedroom duplex units for seniors ages 55 and older and two 3-bedroom houses for families. Each unit features appliances including a washer and dryer, as well as accessibility features such as zero-threshold doorways and grab bars. The community also includes a playground for families to enjoy.

The housing units were built with energy-efficient fixtures, such as Energy Star rated windows and appliances, programmable thermostats, compact florescent light bulbs and dual flush toilets. These features will not only help the environment, but they will also benefit the residents by reducing their utility costs as less energy will be used.
