Lakeside Gardens provides five 2-bedroom patio apartments for seniors aged 62 and older. Each apartment is designed for easy accessibility offering wider doorways, walk-in closets, open-style kitchen, low-step showers, and grab bars in the bathroom for easier use.

Lakeside Gardens was designed to achieve LEED® certification and features energy-efficient fixtures, such as Energy Star® rated windows and appliances, programmable thermostats, compact florescent light bulbs and dual flush toilets. These features will not only help the environment, but they will also benefit the residents by reducing their utility costs as less energy will be used.
