Plum Tree Gardens is located in Noblesville at the northwest corner of 6th Street and South Street.

The six residences are for seniors aged 55 and older. Each apartment features two bedrooms, appliances including a washer and dryer, and accessibility features such as low-step showers and grab bars.

Plum Tree Gardens is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Gold Certified through the United States Green Building Council. Plum Tree Gardens, along with Spicewood Gardens, were the first affordable housing projects to achieve LEED Certification in Central Indiana. HAND also joins an elite group of non-profit organizations to develop LEED Certified Multi-Family Affordable Developments in the State of Indiana. Plum Tree Gardens features energy efficient fixtures, such as Energy Star rated windows and appliances, programmable thermostats, compact florescent light bulbs and dual flush toilets. These features will not only help the environment, but they will also benefit the residents by reducing their utility costs as less energy will be used.
