Noblesville Affordable Living

Roper Capstone is located on the corner of 8th St and Division in Noblesville, IN.

Roper Capstone provides six affordable one-bedroom units, one of which is ADA-compliant, serving residents making 50% of the area’s median income or less.

Roper Capstone is possible due to the support HAND received from the City of Noblesville Façade Grant Program, the City Council through fee waivers, and the Noblesville Township Trustee.  Competitive grants were also awarded by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Council (IHCDA) and Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.  Hamilton County Commissioners allocated federal Community Block Grant funds to fill the remaining gaps.

HAND is was very excited to be able to restore this historic buildings along with the other HAND properties on 8th st. and help with the revitalization efforts of the 8th Street corridor.
